Terms and Conditions

Qualification Criteria

  • Minimum of 150 paid licensing seats, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Windows 11, or EMS licenses, the FastTrack benefit is included at no additional cost for the life of their subscriptions.
  • Greater than 500 paid licensing seats, qualify for FastTrack data / email migration benefit.
    • Selected workloads for FastTrack must be part of an eligible plan and greater than 150 seats. The list of eligible plans can be found at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fasttrack/m365-eligible-services-and-plans. Workloads with 150-499 seats are eligible for FastTrack guidance through the Initiate, Assess, Remediate and Enable phases. Workloads over 500 seats are additionally eligible for the Migrate phase which is a data migration service provided directly by Microsoft (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fasttrack/o365-data-migration).
    • Any workload being selected for FastTrack assistance must be below 10% active usage at the time of registration. Once registered, any workload subsequently found to be over 10% active usage prior to its registration will be excluded unless agreed otherwise.
    • Our service commitment under FastTrack will deemed to be completed once we have helped drive active usage to either 15% or 40% (workload dependent) of each eligible workload, unless otherwise agreed.
    • The customer must commit to actively work with Comms-care to drive active usage for each eligible workload in a timely manner and to achieve the 15% or 40% active usage milestone within 6 months of registration. Comms-care reserves the right to disengage with the customer on providing FastTrack assistance on workloads where adequate progress in active usage is not being made.
    • For eligible workloads between 150 and 500 seats, Comms-care will provide access to one of our FastTrack specialists for up to 4 hours (per workload), unless additional time is otherwise agreed.
    • FastTrack is a remote guidance service only, and does not include design documentation, design workshops, configuration, migration (apart from the data migration where applicable), training or support.
    • FastTrack is a complimentary service for customers with an eligible service plan and is delivered in accordance to the following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fasttrack/o365-fasttrack-benefit-for-office-365. The customer must commit to the following responsibilities during the engagement https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fasttrack/o365-your-responsibilities, otherwise Comms-care reserves the right to disengage from providing the customer with FastTrack assistance.
