Comms-care Achieves Cisco Global Gold Provider Status

May 12, 2024 – Comms-care has achieved Global Cisco Gold Provider status strengthening its channel managed services offerings. 

Comms-care is pleased to announce it met all the criteria to achieve Cisco Gold Provider status worldwide, which includes three powered services designations.

Comms-care was recognised in the following powered services areas of Meraki Access, Security and SD-WAN, by demonstrating a high level of competency to build, provision, manage and support managed services, with Cisco technology and customer success at the heart. The Company’s status as a Cisco Gold Partner worldwide acknowledges Comms-care’s in-depth knowledge across essential technology areas helping maintain service quality and continued innovation. Additionally, this will enable Comms-care to offer significant additional benefits to customers, with access to the latest technologies, and enhanced support.

This new status comes 6 months after Comms-care also achieved the latest Cisco enhanced services under Cisco Advanced Support. This partner led premium-level, multi-vendor technical support to customers, is backed by Cisco IT via ServiceNow and the Cisco Smart Bonding integration.
