Comms-care is proud to announce it has been awarded its first Calling for Microsoft Teams Advanced Specialisation and is one of only eight partners to have achieved it within the UK.

Microsoft’s recently launched Advanced Specialisation series are the next step beyond Gold Competencies and demonstrate a partner’s deep experience and capability. To have earned an advanced specialisation in Microsoft Teams Calling showcases Comms-care’s proven success and extensive expertise in deploying Microsoft 365 Phone System.

Calling in Teams provides the features organisations need to deliver seamless, collaborative experiences for employees, business partners and customers. Because implementation of calling solutions can often be complex and involves network remediation, Microsoft 365 service deployment, telephone number provisioning/porting and device deployment, customers need specialist partners such as Comms-care with this high-level of skill.

Simon Day, Services Director, says: “As organisations continue to navigate the transition to remote working not just in the short term but also more longer term, demand for modern voice solutions that enable meaningful collaboration and engagement such as Microsoft Teams, has naturally grown exponentially.”

He adds: “This accreditation is a result of our team’s outstanding knowledge and expertise in this area over an extended period of time. The relevancy and differentiation this can bring to our partners is huge, with the ability to drive meaningful value for their end customer needs in an ever-changing landscape. This is the first of a number of Advanced Specialisations that we are actively working towards achieving.”
