Comms-care supported World Quality Day 2018, an annual initiative centred on the importance of quality management and the actions that can be taken as individuals and members of a team, to develop more effective processes, systems and outcomes. To mark the occasion, Comms-care employees came together on 8 November to recognise this year’s theme, ‘Quality: A question of trust’.

The Compliance team at Comms-care organised sessions designed to help employees consider the meaning of trust and what aspects of Comms-care makes it trustworthy to its stakeholders. Resilience, quality service, dependability and honesty were common answers to the latter.

Carol Sparkes, Process Assurance Consultant at Comms-care, said, “World Quality Day is about advocating the importance of quality management in everything we do. This year’s theme enabled us to focus on trust, and look specifically at how the intangible factors within an organisation play a pivotal role in maintaining the trust of all stakeholders, whether they are consumers or suppliers, employees or regulators.

Comms-care is a long-standing supporter of World Quality Day, but while the day only comes round once a year, quality management pervades all aspects of our company including people, processes and technology. Our certification to ISO 9001 is testament to our proactive approach in providing outstanding service to customers.”

Comms-care is committed to the highest levels of trust, transparency and compliance, providing assurance to all its stakeholders including employees, channel partners and their end user customers.
