The cyber security landscape has changed; no longer is technology alone enough to combat today’s threats, the network perimeter has all but gone and cloud computing has significantly changed the way we work, all resulting in an increase of attack vectors and availability of information to be leveraged by adversaries.
‘People’, ‘Process’ and ‘Technology’ are the foundations of any approach to a holistic cyber security strategy. Without effectively addressing each of these three areas, across all levels within a business, the challenges and risks posed to an organisation will continue to escalate, potentially leading to exploitation, data loss, reputational damage and extortionate fines, and possibly even resulting in the closure of businesses.
